I was lucky enough to get a booking on the day I called. Steve, the technician, was quick to diagnose and fixed my machine's problem in 20minutes!

My mother's machine had completely seized and so I arranged for the team at Blackmore and Roy to have a look and see what could be done. Within an hour of dropping it off they had confirmed they could repair the machine and did so immediately at my request. Great service all round at a good price.
